These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PvP Leaderboard Discord bot (the "Bot"), operated by PvP Leaderboard ("we", "us"). By adding the Bot to a Discord server or using any of its commands, buttons or messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
You must meet the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your country. You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot.
The Bot provides features for Old School RuneScape PvP players, such as linking a Discord account to an in-game name, showing ranks and ratings, matchmaking, tournaments and rank roles. We may add, change or remove features at any time without notice.
You may only link in-game names that you own. You are responsible for everything done with the Bot through your Discord account. We may remove or change any link at any time, including when ownership of a name is disputed.
You agree not to:
By adding the Bot to a server, you confirm that you are allowed to do so. The Bot acts with the permissions you grant it, which may include creating channels, posting and pinning messages, managing roles and sending direct messages to members. You can remove the Bot from your server at any time.
Ratings, ranks, match results and tournament standings are produced by automated systems and may contain errors. We may correct, adjust or remove any of them at any time. Any tournament prize is the responsibility of the organizer who offers it.
To run its features, the Bot stores your Discord user ID, the in-game names you link, your queue and tournament activity, and the settings of the servers it is added to. Linked names, ranks, match results and tournament standings may be shown publicly. You can unlink your account through the Bot at any time; records of past matches and tournaments may remain.
Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. RuneScape and Old School RuneScape are trademarks of Jagex Ltd. The Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc. or Jagex Ltd. Your use of Discord and of the game remains subject to their own terms.
We may restrict, suspend or end any user's or server's access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms, without notice.
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, in-game items or currency, or account access, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot. We are also not responsible for any action Discord or Jagex takes against your accounts.
We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using the Bot after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing any part of these Terms is not a waiver of it.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the Bot's operator in the PvP Leaderboard Discord server.
